Stacie is qualified to provide weight management and basic nutrition education in all 50 states and can provide medical nutrition therapy in the states of Texas, Arizona, California, Colorado, and Michigan.

Dietitian On Demand
Are you needing more accountability to help you reach your nutrition goals. With a monthly membership you will have access to your dietitian regularly. Ask her questions, get her guidance in real time with your diet including weekly adjustments to your macros, Monthly to bi-monthly meetings and VIP availability to ask her questions between your regular meetings. This plan is ideal for those with long-term goals such as weight gain, weight loss, or disordered eating.
Speaking Engagements
Are you in need of a nutrition professional to speak to your group? Stacie Ellis loves speaking and educating individuals on health and nutrition. Stacie has done numerous speaking engagements and classes for a number of audiences. From teaching basic nutritional skills to young children, sports nutritional skills to your sports team, or even Lunch and Learns to your company, Stacie is able to customize speaking engagements to your clientele. Macronutrients on Demand
Do you need someone to guide you through your eating to help you reach your nutrition goals. When it comes to gaining and losing weight, there is such thing as going too hard which results in you adapting your metabolism. To guide you through your weight journey, work with your dietitian who will regularly check to see how much you are eating and set new goals for you so you can lose/gain weight at an appropriate rate and to meet your needs. Clients must have an initial consultation and be cleared by the dietitian before this add on can be applied
Coaching on Demand
Are you needing accountability in more than just nutrition. Perhaps you need some guidance with exercise and other lifestyle habits. If so this package is for you. With this guide you will know if you need to increase your training load, cut back, or make a switch. It is ideal for those who are having a hard time meeting their performance or muscle building goals? This approach is backed by science and is tailored to your own personal needs. Clients must be cleared by dietitian before adding this service.
Cooking Demo/ Cooking Class
Do you want to learn how to cook healthy? Would you like a nutritional expert to come teach your group how to cook healthy meals? Book Stacie for a great class/demo that everyone will enjoy. Please book at least 2 weeks in advance. For more information please click here.

Custom Meal Plans
If you are wanting a custom meal plan to help you start your journey, Stacie can provide you with a personal meal plan to meet your needs. All meal plans will be based off of your nutrition goals, your current food preferences, and your current lifestyle. All individuals wanting a custom meal plan will be asked to submit a 3 day food diary, provide a list of common foods you currently eat, and will be asked information regarding their current lifestyle. Individuals may want to assure their meal plans cater to their needs, such as for muscle building or weight loss. To get the most comprehensive meal plan would include a nutrition analysis based on the individuals biometrics and nutrition goals.
Recipe Analysis and Modification
Transform your favorite recipes into healthy alternatives. You have the choice on what modifications you are looking for.
Modifications include:
-Cutting back on sugars, fat, sodium, and processed
ingredients
-Ways to add more nutrients including protein, vitamins,
minerals, and fiber.
